OCC Members $1,500                        Non-Members $2,000

 

Pricing includes:

• Use of Wedding Chapel for 1 hour rehearsal before the wedding and 6 hours on the day of the wedding
• Wedding Coordinator services
• Sound Technician
• Flower pedestals
• Candles
• Unity Candle Stand
• Kneeling Altar
• Communion Supplies

 

WEDDING AND RECEPTION

OCC Member $1,800*            Non-Member $2,300*

 

Includes the items listed above for the wedding plus:

• Reception Coordinator services
• Coffee and tea service
• Buffet tables with white cloth skirting
• Beverage tables with white cloth skirting
• Cake table with white cloth skirting
• Gift table with white cloth skirting
• Round tables and chairs for guests (tablecloths are not provided**)
• Punch bowls, platters, cake knife, and bride and groom goblets for toast
• Audio equipment for announcements and toast

(media for the reception is not included. If media is requested, there will be an additional fee)

 

 

Additional Charges

 *If you are planning on more than 250 guests, an additional room is required for the reception at an extra cost of $300

 **Overlake Christian Church is happy to make arrangements for the rental of linen tablecloths at a substantial discount for the wedding party. Please check with your Wedding Coordinator for current rental rates.

Pastor: The Pastor's honorarium will need to be discussed with the pastor. 

 

A $200 deposit must accompany your reservation request. Once a date has been reserved for you, your deposit is not refundable. Please make checks payable to Overlake Christian Church. The balance of fees are due no later than 2 weeks prior to the wedding date.
