Maybe we can serve you! When possible, OCC offers available church campus meeting and event space to other non-profit organizations and governmental agencies. Over the years, we've been honored to host hundreds of groups and events – everything from brief meetings for just a few . . . to weekend conferences for more than 5,000 people (click the link to the right for weddings).
The first step to see if we might be able to accommodate your non-profit organization's event, is the completion of this RENTAL INQUIRY. Once it’s submitted, our Special Events office will review, and a coordinator will connect with you within 48 hours.
If Overlake can accommodate the event, a signed contract and deposit will be required BEFORE the event dates are officially secured and locked into the calendar.
