ADVENTURE

Do I have WHAT IT TAKES?

Can I HANDLE THIS?

 CONFIDENT

 

For you have been my hope, O Sovereign LORD, my confidence since my youth. Psalm 71:5 NIV

 

As Goliath moved closer to attack, David quickly ran out to meet him. Reaching into his shepherd’s bag and taking out a stone, he hurled it with his sling and hit the Philistine in the forehead. The stone sank in, and Goliath stumbled and fell face down on the ground. 1 Samuel 17:48-49 NIV

WOUNDS

 

1. WOUND OF FEAR

For I am the LORD, your God, who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you.  Isaiah 41:13 NIV

 

2. WOUND OF FAILURE

 

David also said to Solomon his son, "Be strong and courageous, and do the work. Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the LORD God, my God, is with you. He will not fail you or forsake you… 1 Chronicles 28:20 NIV

3. WOUND OF ABSENCE

The LORD himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged." Deuteronomy 31:8 NIV
