Jedd Medefind serves as President of the Christian Alliance for Orphans (CAFO) to equip the church for effective foster care, adoption and orphan care. Prior to this role, Jedd led the White House Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives and oversaw reform efforts across the U.S. government to solutions rooted in local communities. Previously, Jedd held a range of posts in the California State Legislature and has worked, studied, and served in more than thirty countries. Jedd has written many articles and four books, most recently, Becoming Home (Zondervan). He is interviewed and quoted by diverse media outlets, from The New York Times and NPR to Al Jazeera and The Washington Post Magazine.
