PURPOSE

Overlake Christian Preschool and Kindergarten provides quality early childhood education, loving care and enriching experiences in a warm, Christ-centered environment. We believe each child is uniquely created by God as a special person and recognize that a child’s development is an individual process. OCPK offers a stimulating and encouraging learning environment where each child can experience success.

2013-14 UPDATES:

Registration is still available and waiting lists are kept for classrooms at capacity in case a student is withdrawn.  Please pass along our revised schedule to anyone you know looking for a fantastic Preschool/Kindergarten program for fall!

Students who do not meet the OCPK age requirement guidelines for a classroom may be considered for early enrollment with permission from the OCPK Teaching Team.  Decisions will be based on student assessments and class size.  OCPK reserves the right to cancel classes with insufficient registrations.

STAFF

Trained and qualified teachers and assistant teachers who have knowledge and experience in the field of early childhood education comprise the staff of Overlake Christian Preschool and Kindergarten. 

PROGRAM

Creating an educational experience that recognizes and values the unique abilities of each student and provides an environment that maximizes their growth is at the heart of the OCPK program. Our goal is the development of each child, socially, physically, intellectually and spiritually. Individual and small-group activities are scheduled daily. Communication, self-expression, creativity and growth of a positive self-image are fostered by providing a well-rounded, age-appropriate learning environment for each child.

Our goal is DEVELOPMENT of the WHOLE child, socially, PHYSICALLY, intellectually and SPIRITUALLY.
