SCHEDULING INFORMATION

Baptisms are scheduled at Overlake on Sunday mornings during the first and second services. Please contact DanelleB@occ.org about any additional questions/concerns regarding time of baptism.

10. Please select the day of your baptism and please indicate the service time during which you desire to be baptized. You will receive a confirmation notice shortly after you submit this form.

11. Please send in your baptism application at least a week prior to the Sunday chosen. If you are unable to send in your application a full week in advance, we request that you choose another Sunday. We appreciate your cooperation in making everyone's baptism experience a great one.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

What to bring:

• You may wish to bring some of your own personal items Women/girls – bring a bathing suit to wear under a shirt and shorts. Men/boys – wear swimming shorts and shirt.
• We do provide clean baptismal clothing (a shirt and shorts), towels, and hairdryers.

Where to go:

• Park in the back parking lot. Enter through the main east doors, go up the stairs and straight down the hallway.
• One of our Baptism Attendants will be there to greet you.
• Check in 30 minutes before the beginning of the service in which you are being baptized (8:30 for the 9:00 service or 10:30 for the 11:00 service).
