Includes the items listed above for the wedding plus:
- Use of Reception room(s) for 8 hours (this includes time for decorating)
- Reception Coordinator services
- Coffee and tea service
- Buffet tables with skirting
- Beverage tables with skirting
- Cake table with skirting
- Gift table with skirting
- Round tables and chairs for guests (tablecloths are not provided**)
- Punch bowls, platters, cake knife, and bride and groom goblets for toast
- Audio equipment for announcements and toast
(media for the reception is not included. If media is requested, there will be an additional fee)
If you are planning on more than 250 guests, an additional room is required for the reception at an extra cost of $300
Overlake Christian Church is happy to make arrangements for the rental of linen tablecloths at a substantial discount for the wedding party. Please check with your Wedding Coordinator for current rental rates.
Pastor: The Pastor's honorarium will need to be discussed with the pastor.
A $200 deposit must accompany your reservation request. Once a date has been reserved for you, your deposit is not refundable. Please make checks payable to Overlake Christian Church. The balance is due no later than 2 weeks prior to the wedding date.
